Dan Freilich started his manufacturing career when a next-door neighbor got him interested in precision machining in 1982. He completed Industrial Arts courses at Pierce College in Southern California and got his first job as a machinist in 1983. In 1984, Dan bought a mill and set up shop in his father’s garage. From these humble beginnings, Integral Parts Machining was born.

When a large customer of Integral Parts moved to Valencia in 1988, Dan decided to move his company, too. He located his company in 1,760 square feet of manufacturing space in Valencia and continued his steady growth. In 1989, Dan bought his first Fadal CNC milling machine, followed by a second Fadal CNC in 1990 and his first CNC lathe in 1991.

The following decade saw Integral Parts’ expansion into Wire EDM services with the acquisition of a state-of-the-art Fanuc Alpha system. Dan could now provide his growing customer base with precision Wire EDM services and take on the intricate, difficult jobs that require advanced Wire EDM technology.

Considerable investment in modern manufacturing technology-including Wire EDM and in-house precision grinding-means that there isn’t much Integral Parts can’t do. Complex machining to tolerances of .0001 inch is standard fare for Dan’s satisfied customers. Careful attention to detail and a focus on individual customer requirements means outstanding customer service at Integral Parts Machining.

Dan’s plans for the future call for continuing the growth of his Wire EDM services. “We will use cutting-edge technology to keep Integral Parts Machining on top of our fast-changing industry,” says Dan. “We plan to maintain our solid growth and continue our tradition of exceptional customer service and outstanding quality well into the 21st century.”
